Modernity meets classicism
Our estate was built in the classical Bauhaus style and hence forms a contrast to the surrounding suburban villas of the German "Gründerzeit". There are two buildings on the estate: our family home and a vacation house, consisting of two apartments both with a separate entrance. Our property is located directly at the lakeshore of Zeuthener See and is environed by historical estates just like the Duke´s Villa on the neighbouring plot built in 1907.
Fresh air and twittering
Take a walk along the beautiful alleys, the quiet lake and enjoy the silence of the suburbs. The estate is located at the end of a quiet road. A public access to the lake can be reached within a few minutes walk. The region offers a range of variety for recreation and activities. Brandenburg´s capital Potsdam with the Sanssouci Palace is only 45 minutes away by car.
A cosmopolitan city nearby
Make a trip to Berlin and enjoy the countless sights – even by boat - such as Brandenburger Tor (Brandenburg Gate), Reichstag and Fernsehturm (TV tower). Visit one of Berlin´s opera houses, museums or galleries and attend one of the various events or choose a restaurant to have a multicultural dinner. Take a walk along Kurfürstendamm to get some souvenirs and enjoy a shopping spree around Potsdamer Platz. As a nice nightlife spot we recommend Oranienburger Straße. With public transport you will reach the city centre within 45 minutes.
